It means he believes there is an alternative to 777 that doesn't result in admin, ie an alternative bidder. I wish I had his confidence.

Any alternative bidder would take at least 12 weeks, leaving us in limbo for the most important part of the year.

It's Simon Goodley. He's an utter spoof who's gotten EVERYTHING wrong since reporting on Everton for the past 2 years.

Look at the article: it's full of conjecture "we understand that...", "believed to be...".

Its pure harassment from a newspaper (The Guardian) that are all guns blazing on a geo-political crusade against any Russian connection to any British institution.

No idea whether these stories are accurate, but the lack of a “named source” isn’t surprising. If you were leaking this stuff would you let them put your name on it?!
