Maybe 777 have come to the conclusion they don't have the cash to do a full takeover and the money they have been providing Everton is going to net them a minority shareholding.

Could quite easily be the case, as they have done with Sevilla.

There is a huge difference. I do not play ‘I know something you don’t but I’m not going to tell you’. It’s either this is the truth and the fact or I don’t tweet or speak.
