I'll be astonished if the club is as badly ran under new ownership. I think people need to wait and see a bit. People went early on how brilliant Moshiri would be (I was wrong too) and it was wrong, and people are going early on how bad these new owners will be, and I'd say the truth will be somewhere nearer the middle.

The club was heading for financial ruin under Moshiri, and we have a woeful playing squad, so no I don't think things will get worse.
