Absolutely stinksHard not to feel sorry for Liege fans here.
May just be that there are two separate but related agreements: share purchase agreement and loan agreement. Remember that the club said that stadium funding was secure, that’s possibly because the loan agreement isn’t fully dependent on the purchase agreement. I’ve never believed 777 were just chucking in money on an ad hoc basis as and when we needed it.Surely its just some agreed staggered payment set up? This must be the arse end of it?
Sounds about rightMay just be that there are two separate but related agreements: share purchase agreement and loan agreement. So a possible reason for the game of chicken we’ve been seeing is that there are penalties in these agreements that mean neither side wants to break them.
Clearly whatever else their problems 777 do not want to break the loan agreement. Quite possibly Kenneth King / Acap have made this payment as well as the last as he has the cash to honour the agreement and intends to take it over as part of his claim on the 777 carcass.
Wouldn’t be surprised if this clown of an owner withdrew the appeal in the FFP case to try and persuade the PL to allow the 777 takeover.Obviously with this latest news of them pumping another £8 mil into the club, they are still in Moshiris thinking and these clown can still get the keys to the club.
There has to be a banner today at the ground chasing these cowboys
The man is a ballbag. So yesterday moshiri instructed 777 that he was looking into alternative investors, whilst taking another £8m off them at the same time
Hopefully they just forgot to cancel their standing order to usObviously with this latest news of them pumping another £8 mil into the club, they are still in Moshiris thinking and these clown can still get the keys to the club.

I can’t process any of itWhat the hell is going on 777
I think the wording just says the money is provided as part of a contractual obligation. Like I say above the financing agreement may not be the same as the share purchase agreement. ACAP may be perfectly happy to take over the loan agreement and therefore aren’t breaking the contract and are making the payments on the schedule already agreed. This could be explained if the money was held in an escrow account to be released on a certain day.
But the wording of that tweet is very weird - as if Alan hasn't got the memo yet...
It could be that Moshiri has informed 777 that he is exploring other bidders but 777 are clinging on trying to get as much money in to the club to increase their equity stake or loan return, I suspect they have a very high interest...This could be explained if the money was held in an escrow account to be released on a certain day.
