It is though. That’s my point about Schrodinger’s Takeover: in all likelihood it’s impossible but at the moment it seemingly suits us to keep the possibility of it alive. So currently it’s both alive and dead.

If it can’t be answered it’s because the whole transaction is of dubious provenance.
To even be considering dealing with a company which regularly fails to pay wages to its own staff is distasteful. When that same company has borrowed money to lend to us whilst not paying its own wage bill it is disgraceful.
