Dont even want think what we need pay if it does not pass. Does this takeover pay anyone else apart from moshiri out, would feel better getting some paid out

My take would be mate that we have cobbled together what ever we can to keep that stadium going what that has meant is we have borrowed a lot across multiple lenders, with a high rate pf interest and multiple securities - Future Tv payments and BMD.

When the stadium is built, if it was me id go out to market (hopefully interest rates would be kinder) and id look to consolidate debt into one at a kinder interest rate with more rational security.

I suspect that's what a future owner would do.

Just my take mind.

Not a single mention of Vasco da Gama (except for the misspelling on the table of clubs under control).

Or their problems providing funding to BBL or the fact the Genoa fan bond for the new training ground facilities seemingly failed to hit the minimum requirement.

Dunno about the needing a further £20m per month to continue operating, is he saying that’s on top of the clubs ordinary revenue or just the normal operating costs?
If its on top of then, then where’s that going as your then talking circa £30 - £40m / month just to run as a going concern (highly doubtful)

£20m / month is £240m per year to operate, don’t think our accounts have ever shown anything like that sort of OpEx have they?
What ever the esk says our debt is, just half it and you’re probably closer to the figure

The Genoa thing is a weird one for a couple of things...

It's for their youth and women's facilities and not a 1st team training ground.

As far as I can tell...Genoa fans were in favour of it

Norwich City did the same 5 years ago with their academy facilities.

It's well documented 777 aren't going to pump millions into the playing squads and invest where necessary off the field from a business POV. The bond seemed to me to show they're tight arses rather than having zero money to afford it.

The stuff in Brazil is a red flag though

The basketball thing is interesting.

I wonder if it goes ahead if they will try and relaunch Everton Tigers? Try and get some American cross over?

Yes I'm fully aware of this, I got my numbers mixed up. It's irrelevant as he seems to have taken a step back from it anyway. In terms of managed assets they still handle far more than 777 or MSP do and the point I was going to make originally to foreveradangertothepublic92 (who stated they were only good for the championship) was that these people handle huge sums of investments. As much as anything we need people who can run and manage a multi million pound business rather than a clueless Kenwright and the worst accountant in financial history in Moshiri. The whole thing all seem little more than another dodgy rumour so it's nothing really.
foreverdangertothepublic92 lollollol

777 Out Out Out.

To be fair to Esk, hes very, very good when its just numbers hes dealing with.

He said for Years we couldnt afford to spend, we spent and now look at the mess we are in?

Im certainly no Eskimo, but I listen when he talks money, cos he knows his stuff.

I checked his figures and I think hes spot on.

The only question is the Moshiri loan amounts and if they are technically to be repaid, but IMO hes spot on.

The debt figures are easily verifiable through media sources. They're correct.

The Moshiri money is a bit irrelevant, whether it's debt or equity, in terms of repayment.

1. You didnt just get your numbers mixed up there Chief - you splurged them all over the monitor ! lol

2. But you claimed they had more dough than Usmanov not managed assets relating to 777 / MSP 🤷‍♂️

3. No need for name calling sir.

A simple "sorry @ForeverBlue92 I was wrong there your excellency" is more palatable than silly naming calling and paragraphs of waffle.

Its very curious mate.

We know better then most that spending money can be a fruitless exercise, the devil will be in the detail here.

What is the money for?

What's it been spent on?

Is it a loan? and if so what interest is attached? and is that loan secured?

Wouldn't just be accepting they've dorpped £65 mill here and that just a good vibe story.

Also given the source - what the agenda of the leak? whose gone on the record to Myrees - to print this in a national media site...........

Shameful the way this has been played out in the media. 777 and their lackeys claiming to stay quiet yet they're leaking bits to the rags.

Curious that they have sunk in 65m to us when there are reports of them being late or short on much smaller payments elsewhere. Does raise the question of whether there is a source of investment going through them that’s specific to Everton. But it’s somewhat reassuring that, by hook or by crook, they seem to have access to cash on that scale.

interesting
