Quite the contrary...I believe his reputation will soar to new heights.

His reputation of getting absolutely everything wrong.
His latest tweet in response to Alan Myers saying that “the fans should have a say” on the new owners, is flawed. The “fans” would have happily given the green light to Moshiri at the time and look how that’s turned out.

Didn't you stick the Double AA's in your crystal ball before you posted that?

Personally don't think they will be anywhere near as bad as the Moshiri & Kenwright axis of doom.

*puts Double AA in crystal ball *

I don't know you know.

Looking at all the questions surrounding them and the way they are running their other clubs they look worse.

I juat hope they see us as their main club from what they are saying.

Shared knowledge? What knowledge? They say it’s industry leading. It isn’t.
Shared resources? Every club is on the verge on bankruptcy. Vasco loaned the rest of the group money… when they were broke.
They will have the money to buy us due to one of their insurance companies using its assets to do so.
Essentially they are spinning plates, my worry is that they all start wobbling. A natural disaster such as hurricane Katrina could finish them.
Knowledge, in terms of scouting networks, each club will have a scouting network in their own countries and those surrounding. That would mean Everton don`t need to employ and send scouts to that region, that will cut costs. Clubs will also hold scouting reports on teams, how they play etc, if we ever get back to Europe who is to say we won`t need an insight in to an Italian or Belgian club.

Resources i.e. players, would Dobbin or youngsters benefit from a loan to Standard and 1st refusal on players on their way up, as published earlier there are Premier League clubs circling some Genoa players.

The business model like you say is on a knife edge, this is the biggest concern. I`d like nothing more than a wealthy billionaire with a vision to grow the club and the revenue but we have to accept no-one else wants us, the club is just not attractive even given the clammer to buy PL clubs. Good things don`t happen to us... we will forever be Also Ran FC whilst all other PL teams get bought by wealthy entities and leave us for dust.

The Esk reckons they are skint if reports are accurate ...?
It depends what you mean. They are a group that seeks investors for each project, a bit like a horse racing syndicate. They buy the asset and then sell shares in it to 3rd parties, taking either a share or a cut in between. Theoretically it's a business model that can work. They've just massively overreached themselves and are nowhere near as clever as they think they are. What we could do with is someone credible who could do the same thing properly. Put up the money to buy the club and then sell bits off either to investors or fans.

A club they own they are in debt .....

Personally think as a business they live off "assets" on the books to attract investors.

They own and run multiple football clubs. EFC will be a £billion asset in a multi-billion pound sport. Crown jewel in their crown.

Everything else around they're attached too will suffer in order for EFC to be a success in the hope it will pass back down.

I don't think they'll asset strip however they won't pay anymore on the field and will no doubt run how it is now. But outside it you'll get investors wanting a piece of it, we'll be ran like a corporation with lots of interested parties.

Good or bad I don't know. It won't be "peoples club" or a "family" anymore and I think morally it's gonna make some fans turn off.
I get what you're saying but if we want success then running things as a "family club", just won't work anymore.

I'm not saying a change of model is going to make a massive short term difference, but I think we need to develop a more hard nosed approach as ultimately, all the off field stuff, great as it is, isn't the main event. I want to see us compete and win things and the cost, family club, won't do that anymore

Maybe this is the required stepping stone to getting that billionaire.

Sort out the playing side in a multi club structure, improve year on year in the league, get into Europe then become an attractive proposition for that mystery billionaire

For balance

Some of those things we definitely need. It’s just a bloody shame that our current owner and his pals had no idea how to do it. Fact is currently we’re a dinosaur facing extinction.
