Esk has already disagreed with an aspect of his most recent tweet lolThe Esk and this Manc advisor who's found some new fame are gonna go toe to toe on finances soon
That guy is a genuine litigation expert who has previously worked for a PL club, Id hazard a guess (might be wrong) he probably knows his stuff a bit more than Sidney Spreadsheets does.Esk has already disagreed with an aspect of his most recent tweet lol
Oh link me in please,,or is it in this thread?Esk has already disagreed with an aspect of his most recent tweet lol
The price of football podcast said that they have on loan at 52.5% interest
how can they seriously be buying this football club

Some guy who was on the radio this morning, his name is Stefan (not sure of his last name) he is some sort of litigation specialist who previously advised City under their previous ownership regime. He said the lawyer we have is the best of the best at this stuff but he has a tough time fighting our case as the club made a massive pigs ear of trying to defend our case previously, Moshiri and his big mouth with comments about needing a 'new midfield' are highly damaging to our cause utter berk he is.who mate and what’s the tweet
He seemed it mate. He was very pro Man City though wasn’t he?That guy is a genuine litigation expert who has previously worked for a PL club, Id hazard a guess (might be wrong) he probably knows his stuff a bit more than Sidney Spreadsheets does.
Do you know where the story about Moshiri saying we needed a new midfield came from? Was it actually stated in the IC written decision? Some guy who was on the radio this morning, his name is Stefan (not sure of his last name) he is some sort of litigation specialist who previously advised City under their previous ownership regime. He previously worked for the last regime at City in the early 2000's. He said what I thought tbh, we have been ridiculously stupid and (despite what certain people on twitter say) our numbers literally do not make any sense, they don't add up. As for City (I expected this was the case tbh) it sounds as though it's far more serious that many think and possibly even a global thing that is geo political given the City chairman is also Deputy PM of his country. I do wonder if some of the time taken over it is because they have to work a punishment that is realistic within the framework of football but still serious given that it sounds like they could be involved in fraud on a global scale. If they let them off with no punishment whatsoever can you imagine the outcry from the RS and their army of minions in the media and everywhere else, they would literally go to war with City and the league. Klopp would get sectioned as he would just explode. He seemed it mate. He was very pro Man City though wasn’t he?
Even though City are as dodgy as hell.
That’s right he’s a Man City fan of course. It’s still worrying all the same but probably hates Everton anyway

100% mate. It would be RS carnage. He previously worked for the last regime at City in the early 2000's. By all accounts it was part of his evidence he put forward, various people have said our so called defence/mitigation was quite laughable and it's defo the sort of thing Mosh would say, he has said stupid things in the past.Do you know where the story about Moshiri saying we needed a new midfield came from? Was it actually stated in the IC written decision?
