Then how do you see a way out of this mess ?

These sharks will not compromise unless they are forced too and that’s administration even if no one wants it.

Unless there is a mythical knight in shining armour we are screwed big time
The club needs to see its way through to BMD then things become a lot more sustainable. Not a gold rush, but sustainable, because the massive stadium spending stops and the increased revenue kicks in. If the business had nothing, no turning point, on the horizon it would be in much more trouble.

If it was necessary to do so to get through another year and a half the club could sell 200m worth of players. Could even consider a sale and lease deal on the ground. These are not nice options, but they are the options the administrators would look at, so you might as well pull those levers before the administrators do.

Administration is not an option you choose really. So while we have options I can't imagine we'll choose it.

Either way there's probably 500 million quid of debt to be cleared.

Having the stadium built and capitalized as an asset will help the club valuation and aid in securing any other lending we need to keep running but it will be balanced out with the pile of liabilities incurred to build it.
The Stadium will cost around 800million when its finished, so somebody will have to pay for that.

As I keep telling people, our debts are currently around 1.4billion, even if Moshiri "cancels" his shareholder loans, somebody still needs to find around 900million.

That stadium has become a curse rather than a blessing,
A massive millstone around our scrawny neck .
I wish we could tip the whole edifice into the Mersey .
Bloody Massive Debt Stadium .

What would be good is PL don't approve 777.
777 withdraw offer.
New suiters make bids.
Moshiri agrees to take a hit to his share value.
Creditors agree to take a hit to what theyre owed
and a deal can be done.
No one, not Everton, not the PL, not the owner, not the creditors want administration.
They'll all come to an agreement before that happens.

It's also, once this storm is weathered, the only thing that gives the club any hope of a brighter future beyond treading water in lower mid-table.

Look at the FFP mess we've created trying to compete. Those losses are nothing to do with the stadium. The only way to bridge that gap is revenue, and that's the stadium.

When are we going to see the benefits though mate won’t the extra revenue go towards these extortionate loans we have with god knows how many lenders
