There’s no process at the PL
As a layman...does this mean the PL have got no power to stop it?
Riiight....Okie CokeThey can stop the acquisition.
They can't prevent the bidder from continuously trying to be approved.
Don't think it says that.As a layman...does this mean the PL have got no power to stop it?
But that process is the issue. The seller has a preference, the PL just say “not this time, try again later”, there’s no timeline for hearings.Don't think it says that.
It would require their approval , if no approval is given the sale can't be concluded.
That in itself is the power to stop it.
If administration is a genuine possibility, its in all party's interests to push this forward to the summer, Moshiri, PL and 777 as guaranteed relegation means everyone loses (and PL will not want their rejection to be put as the reason Everton have gone under). As we live day to day anyway, starting next season in the Premier League with -9 is better than adding it onto this season.Sound, we’ll just casually wait here then and watch the club slowly burn
Cheers Mosh
Warren Buffet the mystery bidder.
Crikey...this escalated quickly
