His personal wealth has actually increased since Usmanov was sanctioned, according to Forbes. He also told the FAB last year that he could fund the stadium himself, Usmanov had been sanctioned for a year at that point.

It would be the most Everton thing ever if we ended up in administration a month out from the end of the season, despite having a chance of staying up after an 8 point deduction.

SURELY if this was to happen (obviously unlikely) they can find a way to limp along past the deadline for the 9 points to be applied this season...
