He should have taken a management job years ago and once he's proven (or not) if he's capable of making a step up then look for jobs in the higher leagues, not just think he's going to step into the Everton job because he used to play here.

Ferguson never been a manager in any capacity, goes to League One immediately.

David Unsworth, who oversaw our youngsters not coming through, went to National League and is Struggling. A sign of where it’s been going wrong.
