A polite request

I have noticed some posters writing their text above the quote which is really annoying and against forum etiquette. I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking this.

Can there be a rule that you have to quote above the text as you can then naturally read the quoted text and see the reply to it.

The ignore system.

I hope in the future when you add someone to the ignore list, they won't be able to view your posts at the same time. It's hard to get rid of these bad people nowadays.
