Have you seen Deulofeu's stats for this year , scored 2 goals against pub sides in the cup about 3 or 4 assists and get's subbed or is sub nearly every game. I like Gerry but I wonder if he is going to be another 21 year old we have to nurse through confidence/poor form etc.
 
His work rate was fantastic Thursday , but the speed of his work is to quote Kanterella blistering. Opposition players think they have time for a touch but they don't when he's around. I think he is another player low on confidence due to lack of games, could be a diamond in the rough at the right price and he seems to have struck a good bond with james McCarthy.

“He was so good against Leicester and then lost the dynamic of the group, and then against Stoke it was like a new player.

“On Sunday he was magnificent so I want him part of what we do even though he cannot play.”

Need a Lennon and a Mirallas in the same team (If that makes sense). On one side you have a winger that can win you a game (Mirallas), but on the other side have the winger that can cause problems but also puts in a proper shift (Lennon).
