An experienced, determined international winger with genuine pace and a great work ethic which will rub off on the younger players. In his absolute prime at 28, for £4.5m in today's market.

Will be a great signing for us.

Like what he's saying and genuinely think he's here to rejuvenate his career and help us kick on, could be a very important player for us this season. There have been times in the past when we've given players contracts and afterwards they're just happy to pick up their guaranteed wage, really do think that won't be the case here with Aaron.

Definitely agree, you're gonna see a determined player with something to prove, and a place in the England Euro's squad to win.

The lad just loves to play football. That's why he works so hard. In fact 'hard work' is the wrong term, he's just enthusiastic - it's not work to him.
