Standards have dropped so far when people are calling that Doucoure performance good. It was absolutely rubbish in any aspect you want to look at apart from his header that he skewed in (fortunately as I don’t know where it would have gone if he’d connected properly)

Gave the ball away countless times, couldn’t find any killer passes, hesitant when in attack, hesitant in 50 50s, and then killed the whole team with his brain dead mistake, and yet because he‘s served up so much crap for years people are thinking that’s good because he ran around a bit.
💯 agree with this, every game I feel as if I’m watching a different one to the msm and other fans. He’s awful in possession, gives the ball away in crucial areas and brings nothing to the team, no team in top 10 would touch this absolute fraud. Wake up blues, it’s supposed to be NSNO, we don’t come anywhere near, seems that all these ids commenting don’t know the value of what we stand for

I wonder if it was Dyche's idea to put him out with the rallying call earlier in the week and then wheel him out after the game.

I haven’t liked this man for a while. And I dont particularly like the sniping at Lampard when he had been stale poo for ages, so Onana was bound to play ahead of him. But to be fair, he is still a clumsy donkey and does some very stupid things, but it does appear he has joined the battle the last few weeks. Credit due, sort of.

The manager knows what he wants from Doucore and he plays his role. Should always be looking to improve the midfield when possible but he can hold us over in this system for now.

Gana, Doucoure and Onana are the bedrock of the team and we're slowly getting ourselves out of the mess. He brings a drive and energy to the midfield; a box to box player. We'll need him for the rest of the season.

Only Pickford meets the NSNO standard but Mbabe, Messi, de Bruyne and Naymar aren't currently available to play for Everton.

Doucoure like all the rest of the team put in a solid shift today and we beat a team that hadn't lost since October - plus we're out of the relegation zone (and even the other lot lost).

Counts as a good evening for me.

Try and enjoy a good win

His decision making laying it off to McNeil was a big improvement to a weak part of his game. Showed a lot of bottle and willing and deserves credit.
Tbf it was a ridiculously simple pass.

He's very awkward and like the rest of the team has terrible decision making, control and passing skills. However, he's really got stuck in recently and he should be applauded for that
