For me the problem we have is that if Doucoure doesn’t play, we don’t have anyone to play off the striker. I thought Danjuma could play there, but the manager tried him and he was awful. Gomes sort of did that role for 30 minutes against spurs. But physically i don’t think he can run for 90 minutes at a premier league pace. Dele would probably be the one, if he was ever fit.

He’s out of form and has been since his return from injury. Should be on the bench but that’s on the manager to try alternatives either in that position or a new system. Beyond time for that change.

We saw in the winter window though that the Saudi clubs have pulled back on the big deals a bit. I would offer him up as his overall gameplay is just horrible (bigger picture) but finding someone to pay his wages will be interesting.
Playing a Muslim, that's not looking great, for 90 mins is a baffling choice during Ramadan. The beto sub should have been for him.
Id try Dobbin in the 2nd striker role but .......it's not Dyche's thing.
