Abstinence

Right, my bird has gone away to sunnier pastures for a week, and am in no doubt that am gonna be frustruated till she gets back. But frustation has been a theme all summer long for us blues, and am now going to make a stand.

Until we sign somebody, (or the other half gets back from her jollys) am gonna have to abstain from self satisfaction. Thats a maximum of 1 week!!

So, I have made my pledge. Whats yours???

Jim, ive tried that. But i used an old Nescafe jar and banged it in the microwave 30 secs. Ya gotta love the liver (y)
