It will explore how well Everton Football Club use twitter to build relationships with their fans. I will compare what Everton Football Club currently tweet with what the fans want (based on a questionnaire). This will then hopefully allow me to make informed recommendations to Everton Football Club regarding the content they should share on Twitter in order to enrich the fan experience.

for a club which doesnt communicate wrong choice mate. try blackpool fc. you'll have more joy with their pr set up

I'm hoping to share my questionnaire on here for my dissertation. I am carrying out some research into Everton Football Club, with permission from the club. I was trying to activate my personal message so I could chat to some of the moderators on here regarding the work. I'm guessing I have done this wrong and it hasn't worked?
