I believe that he is fed up with how he has been managed by recent regimes. Clearly Leipzig developed and nurtured his talent.

It now behoves EFC and its current management to bring him on. I can understand dealing with excellent, good and awful managers in my career.

As a manager myself I know how important it is to grow people. Youngsters especially are very dependent on their seniors.
