Disgusting treatment. Just bring back Moyes and Kilbane, give us the 7th place trophy indefinitely. Might as well dismantle the club if we lose hold on the second coming.

Very unbecoming behavior from a club legend and ambassador. Should be put on temporary leave. In all due respect to Sharp, who i know works for the club, how is he any more wiser that he's sulking?
Did Silva pop up to the gantry after Saturday and go... "That Lookman is one stroppy get", i doubt it. I'd guess he's making an educated guess based on absolutely nothing. The kid has had 75 minutes of pre-season. It's farcical some of peoples reactions on here lol

Hope he scores this weekend, kisses the crest, and everyone just shuts up for a while. I’ve yet to see one credible piece of evidence that he’s been causing problems.
The difference is he's a wum, I'm serious. Don't be afraid of the truth. In what profession do you go on the radio and criticize a coworker? It was a cowardly thing to do when he's not there to respond.
I've no doubt mate that a new contract will be part of the discussions he'll be having with Silva, assuming we keep him past the deadline, which isn't a given yet sadly.Imagine getting paid less than a quarter of what Bolasie and Mirallas get. Give him a new contract ffs.

If he goes, I hope it's because somebody met our valuation.
If he stays, I fully expect Marco to say something along the lines of, "get your head straight, work hard in training and I will give you time on the pitch. I will work with you to improve your game and you have top class players like Riki, Theo, Siggy and Bernard to work with and learn from too. Do the business on the pitch and I promise you will be rewarded with more game time and a much improved contract"
How the lad responds to that determines what happens next. The ball is in his court, nobody else's. I had full support for him last season when dealing with Allardyce. But it's a completely different scenario now and it's up to him to apply himself like a professional.
The lad doesn't realise how lucky he is tbh. Unlike all our other young lads, who all desperately want to play for us incidentally, he is the only one who has the full backing of the vast majority of our support, and that's despite him obviously wanting away.
