Whether he’s good enough to start I don’t know but he’s certainly good enough for the last 20 mins when we are losing to Burnley.
No doubt when he does get a chance he will be asked to play no10.

I can see him, Kenny and Niasse getting thrown it at Chelsea as he knows we will lose and it can be his excuse to dump them again.

He's been homesick since he came here. He's a young lad and would prefer to be back in the smoke. I don't think whoever our manager was would make any difference.

I actually think getting some game time would make a difference, he must be absolutely pissed off sitting on the bench every week.

Just a thought but is it just me who thinks that two London based clubs having been linked with lookman stink of his team leaking false links?? He's not getting a game so his team link clubs who he would love to go to to either 1. Let them clubs know he is looking for a move or 2. Pressure Everton in to game time! Sorry I know he has looked the.part for England but that is at youth level, I think he is talent but he's not ready yet! Compare him to the games we have seem of Vlasic! Both are talents but one is physically and intellectually ready the other is are and not ready!

I don't know it's possible. But ironically if homesickness is the problem it doesn't put you in the best frame of mind to perform to the best of your abilities.

Pace, directness and the willingness to take on a player don't win you games you bunch of loons.

Games are won by 5 yard sideways passes and big punts up the field from the goalkeeper to a team of midgets.

There is a growing call for Look man, but in Koemans defense you get the odd flash of brilliance from him ,but he goes missing for large chunks of the game.
Same could be said for Vlasic they will come no doubt , but the more experienced players should be shouldering the burden.

If he learns to protect the ball, I agree. The way he's loosing the ball and putting us in all kinds of danger isnt going to help us now, its going to make things worse. I get why people want him to play, but he's a bigger risk than help with his current skill set. Vlasic seems a much "safer" player.

but being safe is the reason why we are where we are

a bit of pace and skill will go a long way at the moment, and if anything will give the crowd a boost, something which has been missing

He's young and will learn but I'm not sure throwing him on from the start of games would help matters. He loses the ball constantly.

I'd certainly be using him fom the bench late on though.

Give him game time over the next few weeks and see how he does. Got great potential this lad but goes missing, like most wingers do. He's got skill, is direct and has a good turn of pace. Been doing well for the u23's recently too...
