I think the manager is culpable for the tactics, but the players are the ones to blame for the 3rd goal as they obviously lost their concentration, while the manager is still staying calm, making substitutions and instructing his players.

it just felt like they wanted that more in the Second half, we should have put it out of sight before slowing it down, can't remeber a part of that match where we calmed it down ad passed it about a bit, but you've got to give credit to them as they pushed a number of players high up the pitch.

Feels like a defeat for sure, and I'm pretty sure the players will feel it for a while, the most annoying part is that just as you think we might make a little push up the league we do that, I wish I'd accept that we're going to finish 7th and be done with it.

That was an utter disgrace and Martinez is mainly culpable. Why he's leaving the likes of Kone on when we're 2-0 up is baffling and why he's not taking these 30s-something off when they get goosed in just plain idiocy.

He is nowhere near the manager people think he is, we saw that last season and we're seeing it at important moments this season like today. That calamity has very possibly just killed any hopes of getting 4th.

Deary me.

We shouldn't be expecting fourth place because we do not have the finances to support such a goal. We hardly spend any money in comparison to the regular contenders for those positions.

Absolutely hilarious trying to imply that a draw away from home is what 'kills off' a chance of getting fourth.

Some of you really need to get a grip. This thread is embarrassing.

Hasn't annoyed me but you cannot watch such a lazy performane and not blame one player.

Fair enough, if the effort was there and the tactics or the players he bought were just simply crmp but for me it was the players today that should take the blame.

Don't get me wrong, some players royally did my head in too.

Kone was finished by the hour mark. Defence was a disgrace all game.

Subs should have been made and better ones at that. Why wasn't Mirallas used, for example?

Horrific way to go home feeling like we've been smashed.

Awful second half. Not sure why the ref didn't blow. Ross scored in 95th minute.
You know why the ref didn't blow..... Because those [Poor language removed] who ran on the pitch and delayed the game gave Bournemouth a chance to regroup and calm it down and the referee a reason to add an extra minute for a pitch incursion.....

Well done you absolute bells you [Poor language removed] ruined it for everyone (we were [Poor language removed] as well), by the way I go most aways but had to miss Southampton and spurs cos of work so didn't qualify for todays game. Absolute [Poor language removed] bellends morons, both the team and those [Poor language removed] clowns

Sorry for the swearwords

Fans not to blame for that, they witnessed an absolutely turgid second half after paying and travelling a very long way. Gutless defending cost us that game. Can't even imagine how the travelling lads feel.

We scored with 15 seconds left. Ther absolute most he can add on is 15 seconds, not almost 3 minutes. You can't add time that isn't supposed to be there in the first place. It's like if someone gets injured with 30 seconds left in the game and thatinjury runs through, you still only play 30 seconds, not the 2minute 30 he was down for.
It's a minimum of 5 minutes...not a maximum. We've no way to know he would've blown the whistle at the mark. After a goal, it rarely happens that way regardless of fans.

Typical Everton. Winning it, throw it away, get back in front on 90+5 and concede again on 90+8!! I mean - what is that all about. There was about 30 secs left when they made it 3-3. This is why we won't get top 4. By the end of tomorrow we could be 9th. Ridiculous.
Top 4? We can't win consecutive league games. That is still my goal this year. To at least once win two in a row.
After today, don't think it is going to happen I am afraid.

Was saying it's easy to criticise the fans when you're sat at home and not travelling and spending your hard earned money. But yeah, have a go at the guy defending our away following. Nice one.
He lives in America . I think he can be forgiven for not travelling like .

I said the same as him and gave my ticket to a mate NEA

Criminal. Three unchallenged passes then bang, a goal.

Bigger issue is up 2-0 with 2/3's of the game remaining and you don't push on for more. You have to put these bottom dwelling teams to the sword. Backed off and let them in the game.

Feels like a loss today. Chance to move closer to the top four. Circle this game, may be a factor in the end.
