Do you know the Talibans population prior the war? The lowest estimates are 100,000+
economic? The Versailles Treaty stripped Germany of much of its territory, disarm, and ordered to pay huge reparations. Germany was bankrupt. Millions people were unemployed.
Germany certainly wern't a superpower in the years preceding the war - not even close.
We'll never know how the Taliban could have developed - I'm for one am glad. Shame we can't say the same on Hitlers Germany.
