I'm of Ugandan descent and i don't even care for it.

When Uganda were in it 2017 and they hadn't been in Afcon for 39 years as well until that tournament, i never watched any of their games.

Meh tournament, even more absurd it's every 2 years, glutton for punishment, better standard watching league 2.

Quality football or not, it does not mean that people shouldn't be passionate about it and it definitely does not deserve to be patronised and condescended to.

There a thousands of football competitions round the world where the general standard may not be the highest but they are still seen by those involved as massively important to them. I don't think it is right to simply dismiss it, or any tournament, a bang out of order way to look at it.

Looooooool have you worn traditional Ugandan garb too?
What's wrong with wearing a Kanzu, it's ceremonial attire.

Strange why you think traditional clothing from a non white country is funny.

My family is made of Black and Indian, my mum is half Indian, which makes me some part Indian, would it be funny if I wore traditional Indian clothes as well mate, like a lunghi/sarong?

Last year you sent odd messages about Chinese food and now you think non white people clothes are funny.

I'm going to go back to ignoring you HK. But I urge you to have a look at yourself, reflect on the fact that you're a Liverpool fan pretending to be a Ugandan Indian on an Everton forum, and putting in a fair amount of time into doing it, and really ask yourself if this is what you want to do?

Irrespective of race and what traditional gear you like to wear, I think we can all agree that you're a monumental shithead.

First you’re pretending to be an Evertonian, now you’re pretending to be a half-Indian, Ugandan Evertonian.

Hahahaha - go away lad. You’re an embarrassment

The people complaining about the tournament should go look up the celebrations in Senegal (and in ex-pat Senegalese communities) and consider that not everything has to be for them. The people that this tournament is for care about it and that is all that matters.

Also Watford can do one for tweeting out congratulations to a player they put every possible road block in front of before allowing him to participate.

I think I have posted this before but anyway.............. I have been to Senegal, to the capital Dakar. 1957 it was and our troopship docked there on the way back to Southampton. At the time, it was known as French West Africa. We had been told that a football match had been arranged between a Troopship team and the French Foreign Legion, who had a fort in Dakar. I was in the team at centre-half and was also captain. On the morning of the game we were advised that the game was off. Never found out why and it still pees me off all these years later.
Just got a soft spot for Senegal.
