Like @NeroCeasar for Cork City, do I dare to believe that 7 points clear with a game in hand we might make have one hand on a hat trick???

Ah well, Thursday looms 0-4 down. Happy to travel and pay respect to a great bunch of players. Delighted for Bradser and little Josh.

Great resto a sickened in Budapest.
I don't know how that last line got garbled. Really tee'd off with this Samsung- lots of issues.

Anyway I was trying to say great response to a sickener in Budapest.

Big hug for Josh from his Dad at FT. More important than anything that he gets through this, God bless them all.

Great tonic after Everton's spluttering three matches. This crowd of numpties daring to wera the RBJ and collect millions for delivering sfa really sicken me.

I love EFC to the core but the passion and intensity that I see in the LOI and in GAA makes me wonder why I still get so up to 90 over Everton who these days are just a crowd of mercenaries, who prefer sitting on their butts in the treatment room to getting stuck in on the pitch for the tradition that is EFC, the supporters and above all the legends that have brought pride to this Club.

TBH I get more of a kick out of @Joey66 and his Old Everton images - at least then the players cared for the Club and the supporters.

Rant over - KOH!!!

Back home, happy enough with the performance 1-0 on the night, and great atmosphere.

Conference Group stages draw tomorrow - no Linfield thankfully.

Villareal, West Ham, are possible.

This evening:

Bohs Rovers
Derry UCD
St Pat's Finn Harps
Dundalk Shelbourne live on RTE2
Sligo Drogheda

Unusual Derby atmosphere- always dangerous playing Bozos at the tin mine. This week they sacked Long so, will they react positively and tear in to Rovers?

Any slip up and both Derry and Dundalk are likely to win theirs.

Latest

Bohs 1 Rpvers 0 - Rovers down to 20 men. Crap start to the weekend
Derry 2 UCD 0
Pat;s 2 Finn Harps 1
Dundalk 0 Shels 0

Sligo play tomorrow

FT

Bohs 1 Rpvers 0
Derry 3 UCD 0
Pat;s 2 Finn Harps 1
Dundalk 0 Shels 0

Only 4 points in it with Rovers having played one game less than Derry. Bum getrting squeaky, and Derry away in the Cup. We might be just starting to feel the pressure of the European trips.

@TangerineToffee

Been tracking him for a while and he now has the pleasure of turning out in Tangerine in the New Year. Looking forward to seeing him go on his flying runs as it's a position we have needed filling for a while. Maybe something of the Seamus Coleman about him too perhaps.

He's much more skillful than Seamus. Scores goals as well.
Just the job then. Can always use goals especially from deep. Young looking kid with many years of service ahead. Hopefully will more than exceed his £300k fee plus add- ons. I'm sure he will love it here. Good camaraderie between the players in our young squad.
