It’s a worry and this one scared me, days of pancreatic/liver/kidney pain
I’ve drunk heavily for 30 years and it just feels like I’m at a point of warning. Carry on and deal with the consequences type thing

Not had a drink in 5 days as a result

Gonna have a fairly dry time off I think. Few drinks tomorrow, maybe a couple NYE, nowhere near what I'd normally have in the festive period.

I’m gonna enjoy a few over Christmas and possibly New Year’s Eve but am making a conscious effort in the new year to cut right back…. Not that I drink loads to be fair but I’m gonna limit my intake. Not gonna say I’m going to stop completely as that just puts pressure on yourself… just not going to have a beer on the weekends if I don’t fancy one.

I'm off to the pub for two or three this afternoon with my ol' man, but that's me for today and tomorrow I've got to work in the evening so no ale for me.
