I am ok with Iwobi joining us.

My concern is the lack of a cb. If Kean or Mina get injured or lose form then we could well struggle unless JP G can step in.

Our front four will be good enough to challenge for top 6, if Gomes and JP G gel then our midfield will be sound, we just need to avoid injuries at cb. I can also see Bernard getting a few starts in Siggy's position.

That's what disappoints me dave, I was hoping we'd get a winger who was the finished article and who could help us challenge the top 6, but we've ended up with a winger who supposedly has 'potential'

As others have said mate: a winger capable of delivering us 8/9/10 goals was needed. Never in a million years is a player like that getting them for us.

Whatever the exact fee, you have to wonder what goes through the head of this club handing circa £30M over for Iwobi.

Its 28 up front, 7 in add-ons, 35 possibly total. Whether you are happy or not, this lad is getting ripped all over the place. We as fans need to get behind him and give him a chance to prove himself. My goodness. And yes, I was happy with the purchase when it was though to be 40 million.
