Think we can agree that formation doesn't suit him mate but no matter where he's playing it shouldn't stop him from being able to make a simple pass
Agreed. But I think you'll find the passing percentages of most of the team are pretty unappealing the last couple weeks. Playing in a poor system for passing on the ground is really hard on someone who is mostly a passer. Bernard has looked worse too. Digne to some degree as well.

He played terrible yesterday but against Chelsea he ran and ran all game putting Ferguson's plan in action.

Against United, he was restricted to helping Baines out again James and the attacking threat and finally yesterday was a step too far but that could be said for a lot of the starting 11 yesterday who have played high intensity for 3 games straight.

He will be in for Arsenal and smash it up!

Well he needs to adapt to it as that tends to be the way Carlo sets his teams up and if he does'nt then Iwobi's Everton career maybe short lived
Carlo has played down the years in basically every system you can possibly name that contains a back 4. That's really the only given. Everything else will depend on what he sees as best suited for the midfield and attack we have.

No one specifically. If you don't find it concerning that the far and away most common comparison for Iwobi is Bolasie despite them being pretty different footballers, I'll drop it.
The only person I can see suggesting they’re similar because of skin colour, if indeed that is what you’re suggesting and I think it is, is you.

They are entirely different players as you say.

I would actually say Iwobi has a lot more in common with Aaron Lennon however that’s only if you allow me to make the comparison because both players aren’t white.

I think this is maybe one of those American things that you guys don't have an issue with in the UK. In the NFL for example there are actual pundits who will only compare black quarterbacks to other black quarterbacks. It's an actual thing that still happens here pretty consistently. Sorry if that's not something you ever have to deal with.

And Iwobi reminds me of Jack Grealish a bit. I think they've both been miscast as wingers coming through and playing central suits both better.

I would ask you then, not to suggest an issue where there isn’t one.

I think he's in 'limbo' somewhat yeno. With the crap thats been happening at the club recently he's probably become a victim of not really knowing what his proper role is supposed to be.

He started off well, the quality was there, it's just gone a bit wayward since Silva's last games and now Ferguson. He still works hard though.

In the middle Duncan.
