I wouldn't say solely but I don't think Coleman is very helpful to wingers in front of him and obviously having a CB there isn't ideal.
He's got less excuse on the left but he hasn't really played there.
His crossing is distressing, that weird shank at the ball with his hands tucked into his under armour.
But we don't many better options and it seems he's so unpredictable that even the opposition don't know what to do
His running helps us and should keep that place on the right with James in a midfield 3. Also he is developing thier, early on in the season it was clear he didn't actually know how to play as a right winger.

We missed him so badly last week, the only person on the pitch that day who could have carried the ball and taken defenders with him sad state of affairs
The same used to happen with Walcott, people get obsessed with what they can't do and forget what they can do. Neither of them is good enough to really take us places, and both are extremely frustrating, but with the squad the way it is it's absolutely imperative that we have some pace and directness in those attacking positions.

100% ALex has actually been good for the last few months, he wants to run with the ball, looks to go forward constantly and does sucka couple of defenders in, like Walcott only etter imo. Richy SHOULD be doing similar but just cannot beat a man these days. If you only have one player who is up to it, then he has to play, was not even on the bench ffs

Yes but it's not like a bunch of those players are easy to find.
Him and James are currently the only ones able to beat a man (Richarlison might be able to get back to doing this but he isn't currently) and not having them really crushes any attacking play.
Hes beat 1 man in the last 5 years.
