I think we all get that you want to be a fan of this guy for some reason, but... I mean, where's the point where you go "OK yeah he's actually really very bad"?

He's been really really bad on the right a few times.

Worst panic buy I can ever remember us making. Of course we've signed worse, and players we had high hopes for who were more disappointing overall, but I honestly have never and will never understand what the thinking was here. His agent that deadline day played an absolute blinder.

If he was spraying balls around with aplomb, dictating play etc. etc. and we got caught with two unlucky counters, I'd say yeah, fair enough. I mean Ben Godfrey was probably our best player again and was in a defence that conceded two goals - sometimes players stand out in bad performances.

But that's not what happened. He did next to nothing for half an hour, got shunted wide and we then looked better because he couldn't adversely effect the game as much out wide as he was doing in the middle.

You're reaching for something to defend him with and there's absolutely nothing there to grab on to. He was dire. He was dire first 30 minutes, he was dire after it - again. It was the typical Iwobi 'performance'.

Terrible!! I get the impression he’s not arsed if we win, lose or draw. Shirt over his hands, doesn’t sprint around and close down, poor in possession and summed it up when he was a one man wall from a wide free kick late on and stood about 13 yards away and still turned his back!! Absolute horrendous signing!!

I had him sussed last season when he was pulling out of 50/50 tackles and strolling around the field.

He's another rude boi social media type who's more arsed about how many YouTube subscribers he has than actually leaving it all out on the field.

I think most of us were watching the one where Iwobi wasn't the second coming of Zidane for half an hour mate.

But, but... King's played out of his preferred position so any criticism isn't allowed until he gets some minutes there.

That's fine if you are serious about it, I'm not sure what King's preferred position is between striker and LW though.

I'm not saying he was, I'm saying that he had a lot of touches and only misplaced a single pass in the first half hour and played some genuinely decent forward passes that got us up the pitch.

Look this isn't worth it, you all HATE him, but I'm going to look at the numbers later and see that he did more to move the ball down the field than anyone in the side which is exactly what I saw watching it and you all are going to still swear he brings nothing to our team. So whatever.

We deserve more Gylfi Sigurdsson as a #10.

Burnley slaughtered us through the middle with him there and he was totally ineffective on the wing. Doesn’t look good for him.
