First off it was 28 minutes. Secondly I can live with him having no direct creativity if he's getting the ball up the field a lot, which he was.

For me he showed he needs to be in the middle. The difference from the first 30 minutes to the last 60 was vast.

The difference was we didnt concede any goals in the last 60 minutes because we weren't carrying an ineffective no.10

The cons massively outweighed the cons of the decision. Carlo arguably got it wrong but he gave a vote of confidence to the player and the player did not perform. Iwobi has no one to blame but himself when he is left out next week.

We can't progress as a club until we're able to play real football without conceding goals.

For me Iwobi playing had no impact. Davies didn't give the ball away because of the shape and Allan didn't get worked because of it either. We could play Catenaccio and concede doing those things.
