1000x. At least Walcott was a one good performance in five player, as opposed to one in 38 Iwobi. Genuinely baffled how we shipped out Walcott but left this clown to play 85% of games. Another senseless transfer decision.

I've long been patient and argued for iwobi but I think I'm done.

That thread of clips from yesterday is a case in point. An iwobi apologist has had to go to lengths to pull these clips and there's not one thing he does there that you'd not expect an average attack minded premier league player to do. Think andros townsend. Think Nathan Redmond. Think Robbie Brady. Just...meh. not crap, but nothing special either.

Just can't see him ever setting the world alight for us. He'll do the odd bit of good stuff here and there, but he's not even as productive as, say, a Kevin mirallas. In fact, I'd have mirallas at his best over iwobi I think.

Like I say, I actually like him and have defended him but I'm just not seeing enough from him at all.

I'd take mirallas in his current form over iwobi.

Mirallas was class back in the day, but he had the same problem a lot of our players have today, he was so inconsistent and didn’t perform nowhere near enough.

Kev was great. Only problem was we didn't let him go when it was clearly time. Essentially what we're about to do with Gylfi.

I also think that we're comparing Mirallas and Iwobi shows how wrong we've gotten Iwobi. They're good at different things. The most similar player we have now is Richarlison.
