I think if there was a table of the worst 20 signings for the last 6 years we would fill most of those spaces, It's like the management and board have been playing 'pin the tail on the donkey' and in that time have managed to sign a few donkeys.

I'm convinced that moshiri only bought Everton at the behest of usmanov to get us relegated for something petty. Like, usmanov was pissed off that Rooney scored that goal which ended arsenal's unbeaten run in 2002, so he wants us ruined. Seems like the kind of thing an oligarch would do.
