Get Onana & Gueye in a midfield with him ASAP and try and get Iwobi involved further forward because as it stands, Gordon & Gray wont be supplying much to a striker or DCL when hes back fit.

I think Iwobi might be worth a try as the LW in the system we're currently playing. You just cannot force him to stay wide. Between the boxes width wise is where he's good.

I agree, play him and McNeil, and use the pace of the wingbacks ahead of him.He will have a greater freedom with Gana mopping up.
