What the actual feck has happened here then?

Usmanov has bought Everton and we are now Premier League champions 2016/17 whatever happens due to the sizeable 'gift' which landed on Scudamore's desk earlier today. You can expect the following penalties to be handed out shortly:

Man utd -60 points for all the matches where they were given dodgy penalties and as much injury time to score an equaliser or winner.

Arsenal -25 points for abusing player welfare rules that leads to half the team being out injured for any given season, also for hoarding 87% of the worlds attacking midfielders.

Chelsea -40 points for not having displayed the correct warning signage at their ground due to the toxicity of their plastic fans.

Rs -1 million points, 1 point deduction for every fan who has said this will be our year to win the league for 26th year in a row and for causing an eyesore on the Liverpool skyline.

Man city no points deduction necessary as John Stones will do that all by himself.
