You can arrange a private jet for international travel in just a little longer than standard airline check in. If not one available at your local airport add a coyple of hours transit for it to pick you up.

Business aviation requires absolute discretion, not a chance a passenger list has been leaked pre-flight. Besides which, no need to declare passengers at booking, you can rock up and hand over passports to immigration, nobody from the charter company needs to know anybody onboard so long as the bill is paid before boarding.
