The www.grandoldteam.com flight radar team were dealt a huge blow on Tuesday as it appeared they allegedly missed the flight of the Colombian Tom Davies, James Rodriguez as he entered the country, presumably by private jet or possibly a rubber dinghy. With this being a missed opportunity this was not to be the case for the transfer of the brazilian scrapper Allan Marques.
With morale in the plane tower being an all-time lower after the miss of Rodriguez, the blues of Speke were not going to be disappointed when they threw their all into finding the plane of Allan. With previous research suggesting the landing team should have a dog bowl and a suitcase cart at the ready, flights were tracked and an unbelievable pace.
In the morning of Wednesday, a breakthrough was made as flight E55P showed potential as it left Naples heading North. The experienced tracking team, who have done more tracking than Gerry Deulofeu with two lungs, were not to be fooled after a unexpected amount of private jets left Naples only to descent in London, and even one to Southampton where it appeared the Saints were in for Allan, only to be disappointed that it was Alan Brazil returning from Holiday, rather than Allan from Brazil.
With lunchtime approaching, the tracking team fought off a late scare as the plane flew past Liverpool John Lennon, only to then revert back and land the opposite way as the former Napoli man, Carlo Ancelotti had in december.
The tracking team are said to be delighted as the smell of wet bed sheets dries in the background of their supporters, surely a win for the club.
