Surprised he stayed on the pitch for the whole game, considering he's been out so long. Done okay, lost the ball a few times, but only to be expected.

His obvious replacement without making too many changes would have been young Tyler Onyango, and not the ideal s ore to bring him on to . May mean he has limited time against WBA as that was a long stint for him.

Davies has come on a lot in the last few months but this fella still belongs in our full-strength midfield. Reads the game so brilliantly and sets the tempo, every great team needs a character like him in it. Proper warrior.

Really like him. Tried hard as ever. Actually got better in the second half which was surprising. At least when we need them both , him and Tom are mobile , which will be useful against better teams
