Doesn't detract from the fact that he was extremely fortunate not to be perma-banned having grovelled to be allowed back once before, and as Roydo has said, in no time at all was picking idiotic squabbles that were deemed to be worthy of warnings that again resulted in a ban.

I believe the phrase is 'high maintenance'.
