i bet everyone thinks we're weird. well, at least the newbie will get it. hopefully

I'm pretty sure every kid between the ages of 7 and 12 was forced to play that game at some point, and it was normally during computer lab...and there was NEVER enough time to finish the game because the class periods were so long. hahaha

yeah i know! it was so frustrating.
my kids never made it, either. no matter how often i hunted bison they always starved

I feel like I've been deprived of a great game - but i have no clue at all what you guys are talking about. All I did in computer lab was play Kidz Pix...

That is an absolute shame...although Kidz Pix is pretty phenomenal haha. I feel like The Oregon Trail was force fed to us every year of elementary school. It was educational, but they still were able to work a lot of death into it. Kinda strange now that I think of it.

I really want to play this oregon trail game now - i'm totally going to look it up. But yeah, the other week I was working at a kids camp and they were playing kidz pix on the computers, and I was like whaaaaaaaat this still exists?!! and then I continued to play on it for the next hour haha

I don't like the sound of this elf game. not at all. what about the robot typing game. that's where it's at.

Actually, you're right. I have no idea why. It was awesome wasting a whole class period playing that game. I forgot how i did though. Probably died 5 minutes in.
