Let's not get too excited yet, back training individually could still mean fairly low impact stuff for another couple of months. Rebuilding the muscles and then easing back into contact and then ramping up to full fitness before we get something like a pre-injury Gomes.

It would be good to have him back but dont get all excited.

His passing is better than Gylfi/Scheids but his movement and tracking back is equally as cumbersome/slow.

It's getting Gbamin back at the same time that makes me more optimistic.

We've talked about who needs to be ridden out of town on a rail. Right there with Schneiderlin - probably even moreso than Schneiderlin because if not for them we wouldn't need Schneiderlin - is our crap medical staff. Wholesale replacement please.

I would take him slow it was a horrendous injury, main thing is he is back for the start of next season. Good news he is progressing faster than expected though.
