Andre Gomes joined Everton first-team training on Tuesday for the first time since the midfielder suffered a fracture dislocation of his right ankle three months ago.
Portugal international Gomes returned to the Club’s USM Finch Farm training complex earlier this month for the latest phase of his rehabilitation.
The 26-year-old, who signed permanently last summer after spending 2018/19 on loan with Everton from Barcelona, has been working alone with medical staff since coming back to Merseyside.
Gomes sustained his injury in Everton’s 1-1 Goodison Park draw with Tottenham Hotspur on 3 November.

And only 86 days later the former Benfica and Valencia star was able to complement his individual programme by working alongside his Blues teammates for small sections of today’s first-team session.
It is the first time Gomes has trained under Carlo Ancelotti, who was appointed Everton manager last month.
Striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, meanwhile, missed training with a minor knock but will be fit to rejoin Ancelotti’s squad on Wednesday.
