I would argue the players who patiently set the opportunity up for him deserve just as much credit as him
He tucked it away and fair do's, but he wasn't especially good in the match itself up to that point and I think my point still stands that we haven't seen a lot of the promised pace from him thus far
It could just be that he's settling in and hasn't really got into the flow of things yet, but he's been "alright" at best thus far in his Everton career in my opinion
No need to be so defensive, it's a gentle critique at worst
I saw him in a sprint at one point with one of their defenders and he looked like he didn't have any pace at all.
