And the expectation that some fans have for the players to come out and call BK everyone under the sun is utterly delusional. Whether they are soon to be departing or not, it's not going to happen.

That and a couple of others goals contributed points, and those points only just had us survive. Although no world beater, we don't get goal of the month regular. Honest pro brought down by an ACL. There were times I was praying he'd make a comeback asap.

I doubt that he wanted to get the ACL injury which kept him out for the season.

He was a cheap addition to the squad, played well at times, scored a couple of important goals and seems to have been a positive influence in the squad.

5m over two years in terms of Premiership wages is not outlandish but his time here is over and certainly I am glad that he is not on the retained list.
