I think at the conclusion (i.e. when we got tired of arguing about it) of our debate, the general consensus, no matter which side someone fell, was that a change was needed.

I think most everyone recognized that "how to implement the change" was the big sticking point and that there really wasn't any easy solution.

Yeah, that is how i remember it. And certainly if a change were to be made it would be extremely hard and slow process. The "right to bear arms" is so ingrained in U.S. culture.

Chico's woefully tried to get one going on Gregg's vs. Sayers (whoever they are...) but it fell short in all departments including vitrol.

Lets be honest the amount of guns on our streets now is scary so I dont think the legality's is the problem

And I agree with Coyney, even though I support gun control and it has the potential to help some situations, it's easy to get your hands on a gun. If you truly have it in your heart to kill someone, the means are easy enough to acheive.
