Was disappointed with AG yesterday. Not sure what has happened as he looked decent when he first came on to the scene and I though Preston would really suit him, but he rarely got a look in and he seems to be shot of confidence.
I’d see if someone like Rooney would fancy him at Derby for a season to try and get him games and confidence

He lead the line first time I ever went to Goodison Park, 2-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday with Kanchelskis scoring the first. I think he hit the bar or something, he definitely missed a good chance because he put his hands on his head in front of us and he was wearing one of those silly material bands on his wrist that kids use to wear in the 90s!

The Preston fans really the liked him, but Preston were in a big of bother and changed their manager. The new manager changed the system, went more defensive and there wasn’t a place for him anymore.

When h ex played, he did well.
