Yeah exactly, leak it slow like the MGW deal so people think 25m rising to 35m is actually 44m because if Forest make Europe or win a cup (I made that up, allegedly the targets are unlikely) they have to pay more.

35m up front rising to 45m plus 10m if Gordon wins the Ballon d'Or and the World Cup with a 20% sell on. Boom done 55m.

Because hes not 5x the player of Gordon, and Gordon will likely go on to be a far better player.
