He's been at it all through the thread, the cynic in me wonders he wants Gordon gone so he doesn't have to watch young Anthony tear Terence Trent a new one in future derby games.

Last season was full of miss hit, wild, way off target shots.

He strikes the ball cleanly this season, on target most of the time, just not deadly enough.

If he continues to improve, double digit is achievable.

Lampard said we're very close to the deadline we've set. Id say its probably tomorrow or Tuesday at the very latest. We cant sell for any price on deadline day because we cant reinvest.

Obviously it is a major problem if he's sold at this stage because we have nobody better or at least as effective as him in the squad, even if he's only effective currently in fits and bursts.

This is where I think he will improve, whether for us, or Chelsea. I think he just needs to settle. Shooting has defo improved this season as previous poster stated. Now he’s hitting the target, improvements would be not hitting the goalie every time!
