That is how he has to work all the time if he wants to progress. His last few weeks have lacked desire and fight. Today he had it

You have to wonder why he can play like that today, but act like a petulant child and be so, so poor on other days. Something in between, on a regular basis, would be great. To be fair today was against poor opposition, but let's see if he can build on it. Everybody wants him to do well, but he hasn't helped himself so far the last month or so.

Today he was looking to get out of his feet and cross especially first half, that keeps the pressure on teams rather running down blind alleys, also made some great tackles tracking back

Most 21 year olds are inconsistent mate, and up and down on a personal level. You mature q lot as you get older like.

His attitude was right today though. Forget about the goal. What I loved most, was when he got the ball, he went at the full back and put balls into the box early on. They werent all great balls, but he was making the right decisions and being aggressive. He needs to do that every week.
